But OMG seriously, hair in the back, PLEASE grow ASAP! We got so spoiled with Lorelai's full head of hair when she was born, which makes it all the more sad that so much of it fell out.

Ha! My daughter has the same problem, but at almost 15 months now, It is super long in the front and shorter-normal length in the back and sides. I can't wait for it all to be one length! Your daughter's hair reminds me of the '90's punk look where they shaved their head, but left long bangs ;) Don't worry, it'll grow soon enough!
